Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Transfer the frozen yogurt to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serving

  • Serve in bowls and consider topping with crushed peanuts, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries.

Notes
