  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, sugar, and milk. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
  • Mix in the quick oats and a pinch of salt until everything is well combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and allow them to cool and set for about 30 minutes.
