Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups salted peanuts
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips milk or dark, your preference
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sea salt optional, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the salted peanuts and mini marshmallows. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

Forming the Clusters

  • Using a spoon, scoop out small mounds of the mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Adjust the size according to your preference.

Chill

  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Serving

  • Once set, enjoy your peanut marshmallow clusters!

Notes
