Instructions
Preparation
Place a large skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil or butter.
Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle half of it with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
Add a layer of pepperoni slices, then sprinkle on oregano and garlic powder.
Fold the tortilla in half.
Cooking
Place the folded tortilla in the skillet and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy with fully melted cheese.
Press gently with a spatula for even browning.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Let cool slightly, then slice each quesadilla into wedges.
