How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls

  • Sauté chopped onion and green bell pepper in melted butter until soft.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned, and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture cool.
  • Assemble the egg rolls: Place cheese and beef mixture on egg roll wrappers, fold tightly, and seal with water. Repeat for all rolls.
  • Fry the egg rolls in vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
