How to Make Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls
Sauté chopped onion and green bell pepper in melted butter until soft.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, and season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture cool.
Assemble the egg rolls: Place cheese and beef mixture on egg roll wrappers, fold tightly, and seal with water. Repeat for all rolls.
Fry the egg rolls in vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
