Ingredients
18 ouncewheel brie cheese
2premadecircular pie crusts
1clovegarlic, minced
1/2teaspoonchopped fresh chives
1/2teaspoonchopped fresh rosemary
36cocktail sausages(1 pack)
1egg yolk, beaten
Sesame seeds and poppy seedsoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut off and reserve the top of the brie. Place brie on one pie crust, sprinkle garlic, chives, and rosemary. Cover with reserved top and second pie crust. Press edges gently.
Cut strips around the brie, place a sausage on each strip, roll to wrap. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle seeds. Bake for 30-40 mins until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly, cut the top off, and serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
For added sweetness, drizzle honey over the baked brie before serving.
