Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 ounce wheel brie cheese
  • 2 premade circular pie crusts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 36 cocktail sausages (1 pack)
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten
  • Sesame seeds and poppy seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut off and reserve the top of the brie. Place brie on one pie crust, sprinkle garlic, chives, and rosemary. Cover with reserved top and second pie crust. Press edges gently.
  • Cut strips around the brie, place a sausage on each strip, roll to wrap. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle seeds. Bake for 30-40 mins until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly, cut the top off, and serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

For added sweetness, drizzle honey over the baked brie before serving.
