Instructions
Red Velvet Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and red food coloring. Mix well.
Add flour, cocoa, buttermilk, salt, and baking soda. Mix until combined. Pour into the pan and bake.
For the frosting, cream butter and cream cheese. Add marshmallow cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Blend until creamy.
Spread the frosting over the cooled bars. Chill before serving.
