How to Make Red Velvet Cinnamon Rolls

  • Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Add butter, eggs, vanilla, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and food coloring. Knead, then let rise.
  • Mix softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Roll out the dough, spread filling, roll up, slice, and place in a pan.
  • Let the rolls rise again, then bake until golden.
  • Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
