1tablespoonbutter
8clovesroasted garlic, minced
2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/2cupskim milk
1/4cuphalf and half
1/4cupParmesan cheese
1 1/2cupsboneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1/4cupred onion, diced
3/4cupMozzarella cheese
1teaspoonfresh thyme, chopped
1/2teaspoondried oregano
1tablespoonfresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with a silicone baking mat or greasing it and sprinkling with cornmeal.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced roasted garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in flour and cook for an additional minute. Whisk in skim milk and half and half. Mix in black pepper and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet.
Evenly spread the white sauce over the dough, leaving a small border.
Top the sauce with shredded chicken, diced red onion, and Mozzarella cheese.
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 17 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with fresh thyme, oregano, and parsley. Cut into slices and serve hot.
