Crust
1 1/2cupsgraham cracker crumbs
1/2cupsugar
1/2cupbuttermelted
Cheesecake Filling
18 ozcream cheesesoftened
1/3cupsugar
2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
1 1/2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1 1/2cupsmini Rolos

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then add sugar, egg, vanilla, and flour. Stir in mini Rolos and pour the mixture over the crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Melt chocolate, butter, and corn syrup in a double boiler, then pour over the cheesecake. Chill overnight before serving.
