  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small cabbage, shredded Ensure even shredding for uniform cooking.
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Use gluten-free if necessary.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  • Add shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until it starts to soften.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the flavors have melded together.
  • Serve hot.
