Ingredients

For the pizza

  • 1 piece Flatbread Pre-baked or homemade flatbread for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons Hot honey For drizzling on top.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil To drizzle on flatbread before baking.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded.
  • 1/2 cup Goat cheese For crumbling over the mozzarella.
  • 2 cups Fresh arugula To top the pizza.
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes For added spice.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Spread mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the flatbread.
  • Crumble goat cheese over the mozzarella.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle hot honey over the pizza.
  • Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Top with fresh arugula before slicing and serving.
