Ingredients

For the filling

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it's properly softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Don't skip this; it adds wonderful flavor.

For the rolls

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls Use an 8-count can.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder. Mix until well blended.
  • Unroll the crescent rolls and place a spoonful of the spinach mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll up the triangles from the wide end to the point and place them on a baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These rolls are best served warm and can be paired with marinara or ranch for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
