Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
  • Transfer the flavored butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Roll it into a log shape, twisting the ends to seal.
  • Refrigerate the butter for at least 1 hour to allow it to firm up.
  • When ready to use, slice the butter into discs and place them on top of freshly grilled steaks. Allow the butter to melt slightly, enhancing the flavor of the steak.
