Hershey's chocolate (or another chocolate of your choice)

Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat together the sugar and butter.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Assembly and Baking
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, evenly space the graham crackers.
Place 2 pieces of chocolate on top of each graham cracker, then add a marshmallow on top.
Scoop out enough cookie dough to cover the graham cracker and marshmallow mound, pressing the dough over the mound.
You should have 8 large cookies.
Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm for maximum gooeyness. Pair with cold milk or hot cocoa. Drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle sea salt for an extra flavor boost.
