For the dip

2cupschocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk chocolate, or mixed)Or broken up milk chocolate bars
15jumbomarshmallowsHalved for topping

Preparation
Adjust the rack to the center position of the oven and place an 8-inch cast iron skillet inside.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) with the skillet inside.
Once the oven is preheated, carefully remove the hot skillet using a pot holder.
Add a pat of butter to the skillet and swirl it to coat the bottom and sides.
Pour chocolate chips in an even layer into the bottom of the skillet.
Arrange marshmallow halves over the surface of the chocolate fully covering it.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until the marshmallows are toasted to your liking.
Use a pot holder to remove the skillet and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
Serving
Serve immediately with graham cracker squares or sticks. Caution: the dip and skillet will be hot!
Notes
S'mores Dip is best served warm. For added flair, sprinkle a bit of sea salt or crushed graham crackers on top just before serving. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
