Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet or oven-safe dish, melt the butter over medium heat.
Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Evenly spread the mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate layer.
Baking
Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Serving
Serve with graham crackers for dipping!
