S'mores Dip

Ingredients

For the dip

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Adjust based on preference for gooeyness.
  • 1 tablespoon butter Essential for a smooth chocolate base.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For serving

  • 6-8 pieces graham crackers For dipping.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet or oven-safe dish, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Evenly spread the mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate layer.

Baking

  • Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Serving

  • Serve with graham crackers for dipping!

Notes

For added fun, provide fruits like strawberries or bananas to dip into the S'mores Dip.
