Ingredients

For the Ice Cream Roll

  • 2 cups cookie dough Use high-quality cookie dough for best taste.
  • 2 cups ice cream Vanilla or chocolate flavor works well.
  • 1 cup chocolate Melted chocolate for coating.
  • 1 cup marshmallows Toasted marshmallows for rolling.
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs For coating the roll.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine cookie dough and softened ice cream. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture onto a large piece of parchment paper and roll it into a log shape.
  • Freeze the rolled mixture for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Once frozen, remove from parchment and dip into melted chocolate.
  • Roll the log in toasted marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  • Slice the roll into pieces and enjoy your indulgent dessert!

Notes

Best served chilled. Top each slice with extra chocolate sauce or a dollop of whipped cream, and consider adding a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs or mini marshmallows. Pairs well with a scoop of ice cream.
