Instructions
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, avocado, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for meal prep.
