Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the pastry into long strips.
