Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Tilapia Pan-seared
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust for spice level
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce Use gluten-free if needed

Veggie Slaw

  • 2 cups Cabbage Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots Julienned
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Sliced
  • 1 cup Green beans Steamed until tender-crisp
  • 1 each Egg Soft-boiled
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame-ginger vinaigrette

Instructions

Cooking Tilapia

  • Begin by pan-searing the tilapia fillets in a hot skillet until they’re golden and cooked through.
  • Once the fish is ready, glaze them with a mix of honey and sriracha, followed by a splash of soy sauce.

Preparing Veggie Slaw

  • In a bowl, combine thinly sliced cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers.
  • Steam the green beans until they reach a tender-crisp texture.

Assembly

  • Plate the tilapia alongside the slaw and steamed green beans.
  • Top it off with a soft-boiled egg and drizzle sesame-ginger vinaigrette for a finishing touch.

Notes

You can customize the slaw with additional vegetables like cucumbers or radishes. For variations, substitute tilapia with salmon, cod, chicken, or tofu.
