  • 200 g noodles (preferably egg noodles) can use other types like rice noodles or soba noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, etc.) choose your favorite mix of vegetables

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce for flavor
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil for cooking
  • 1 clove garlic, minced adds aromatic flavor
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced adds aromatic flavor
  • Salt and pepper to taste to enhance flavor

Garnish

  • Green onions for garnish adds freshness and color

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Cooking

  • Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce; toss everything together until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Cut chicken and vegetables into uniform sizes to ensure even cooking. For a spicier dish, add chili flakes or hot sauce. Use cooked and cooled noodles to prevent them from getting mushy.
