1boxstrawberry cake mix
1/3cupvegetable oil
2largeeggs
1teaspoonvanilla extract
For the Strawberry Lemon Glaze
1cuppowdered sugar
1tablespoonstrawberry jam
2tablespoonslemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
Shape the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Prepare the glaze while the cookies cool.
