  • 1 cup chopped strawberries Use fresh or frozen strawberries.
  • 1/2 cup yogurt of your choice (e.g., Siggi's skyr) Can use Greek yogurt for extra protein.
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk Can substitute with any milk of choice.
  • 1 Tbsp honey Optional, adjust based on yogurt sweetness.

Preparation

  • Load your blender with all the ingredients and blend until thick and smooth.
  • If you have used frozen fruit, use the tamper to push the hard frozen bits into the blade.
  • Add more almond milk to loosen the smoothie if needed.

Notes

Serve in a tall glass or mason jar, garnished with a fresh strawberry or granola. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
