Cheesecake Filling Ingredients

Whip until soft peaks form.

Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
Cheesecake Filling
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream gently until mixed.
Assembly
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
Top with sliced peaches, strawberries, and blueberries.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
