Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature.
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cups heavy cream, whipped Whip until soft peaks form.

Fruit Toppings

  • 1 cups fresh peaches, sliced Fresh is best.
  • 1 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cups blueberries

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.

Cheesecake Filling

  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream gently until mixed.

Assembly

  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  • Top with sliced peaches, strawberries, and blueberries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy your summer dessert!

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients. Don't rush the chilling time for best flavor and texture. Experiment with different fruits for varied flavors!
