For the crust

graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the heavy cream and mix until well combined and fluffy.
Fold in the sliced peaches, strawberries, and blueberries.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
Baking
Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serving
Serve chilled, garnished with additional fresh berries if desired.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is thoroughly softened for a smooth filling. Store tightly covered in the fridge.
