Ingredients
  

  • 115 grams butter, room temperature
  • 90 grams brown sugar
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 80 grams tahini
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 210 grams plain flour or all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 35 grams sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  • Cream butter and sugars in a bowl. Add tahini, honey, flour, and baking powder to form a dough.
  • Roll dough into balls, coat with sesame seed sugar, flatten, and place on trays.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. Cool on trays before serving.

Notes

For additional crunch, you can add chopped nuts to the cookie dough before baking.
