Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned on both sides (about 5-7 minutes per side).

Combining Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, mix the chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup.
  • Place the browned chicken in a baking dish and pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the diced onions on top and cover with shredded cheddar cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
