Instructions

Preparation

  • Chop the fresh tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
  • Mince the garlic and add it to the tomatoes.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the tomato and garlic mixture and toss gently to combine.
