In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic, and sauté until soft.
Stir in the green beans and cook for a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are tender.
Serve hot, topped with Kalamata olives and feta cheese.
Notes
