Ingredients

Yogurt Base

  • 1 cup yogurt Use your favorite type, such as dairy, Greek, or plant-based.

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup granola Add more or less according to your preference.
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1/4 cup diced mango Feel free to substitute with seasonal fruits.
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews) Can substitute with other nuts or add seeds.

Preparation

  • Start by adding the yogurt to a bowl.
  • Sprinkle the granola generously over the top.
  • Arrange the slices of kiwi, mango, and strawberries beautifully on top.
  • Finally, finish off with a handful of mixed nuts for that perfect crunch and added protein!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftover components separately in the fridge for up to a day to maintain crunchiness. Can be customized with different fruits, nuts, or add-ins like honey or cinnamon.
