Ingredients

Instructions

Cooking the Turkey

  • Sauté ground turkey with diced onions and bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat until the turkey is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Preparing the Mashed Cauliflower

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add cauliflower and cook until soft. Drain the cauliflower, then mash it with minced garlic and butter until creamy. Season to taste.

Making the Salad

  • Chop the cucumber and slice the cherry tomatoes. Mix them with yogurt to create a tangy dressing.

Serving the Dish

  • Serve the sautéed turkey alongside the creamy mashed cauliflower, a scoop of steamed rice, and the vibrant salad for a complete meal.
