For the crepe batter
600ml600 ml milk
200g200 g flour
2tbsp2 tbsp powdered sugar
1pinch1 pinch salt
4pieces4 eggs
For the filling
500g500 g cottage cheese
Sour creamSour cream (just enough to make the mixture easy to spread, but not runny)
50g50 g powdered sugar
50g50 g raisins
1/2piecesZest from half a lemon (optional)Optional, for extra flavor.

Instructions
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine milk, flour, powdered sugar, salt, and eggs to create a smooth batter. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Cooking the Crepes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in a ladleful of the batter, swirling to coat the bottom.
Cook until the edges lift, then flip to brown the other side. Repeat until all batter is used.
Preparing the Filling
In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, 50 g powdered sugar, raisins, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla powder until well combined.
Assembly
Spread a spoonful of the filling on each crepe and roll them up.
Optionally, serve with additional sour cream or powdered sugar on top.
Notes
Túrós palacsinta is best served warm, dusted with powdered sugar or alongside sour cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
