Bagel Dough Ingredients

self-rising flour
Can substitute with all-purpose flour plus baking powder and salt.

Greek yogurt
Use room temperature for better mixing.
Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
On a floured surface, knead the dough for a minute until smooth.
Divide the dough into equal parts and shape each part into a bagel.
Place the shaped bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftover bagels in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them individually wrapped.
