  • 1 cup self-rising flour Can substitute with all-purpose flour plus baking powder and salt.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use room temperature for better mixing.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
  • On a floured surface, knead the dough for a minute until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into equal parts and shape each part into a bagel.
  • Place the shaped bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftover bagels in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them individually wrapped.
