Ingredients

  • 1 tub frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip) (8oz tub, thawed to room temperature)
  • 1 package instant white chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows (10oz bag)
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (for garnish)
  • Christmas colored sprinkle mix (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the white chocolate pudding mix and milk. Mix with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes until it reaches a pudding consistency.
  • Add molasses and vanilla extract. Mix until the mixture turns a light brown.
  • Blend in the whipped topping with the hand mixer until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
  • Chill the mixture for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with milk chocolate chips and Christmas colored sprinkle mix.

For a fun twist, try adding crushed candy canes or chopped nuts as additional garnishes.
