Instructions
1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two opposite sides for easy removal later.
2. Heat white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Add nuts or dried fruit if desired.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
6. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper, then slice into 1-inch squares.
7. Store in an airtight container, layered with wax paper, in the refrigerator for up to one week.
