How to store
If you have leftovers, storing them is easy. Place the sautéed zucchini in an airtight container in the refrigerator, where it will stay fresh for about 3-4 days. If you want to save it for longer, consider freezing the sautéed zucchini, but be aware that the texture may change slightly upon thawing.
Tips to make
To enhance your sautéed zucchini, consider these pro tips for the best results:
- Cut the zucchini uniformly to ensure even cooking.
- Don’t rush the sautéing process; allow the garlic to turn golden without burning, as this develops the flavor.
- Experiment with flavors by adding a squeeze of lemon or a dash of red pepper flakes for a kick.
