  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  • Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.

Baking

  • Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes for extra crispiness. Arrange wedges in a single layer for even cooking. Try different seasonings to customize flavor.
