1loafsourdough bread or French baguette, sliced
1/3cupgrated parmesan cheese
1/3cupgrated pecorino cheese
1clovegarlic, grated
2tablespoonsfresh thyme leaves
2tablespoonsmelted butterplus additional for brushing
Toppings
4ouncesprosciutto
8ouncesburrata cheese, at room temperature
2peaches, sliced
Warm honey for drizzling

Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a baking sheet, mix together the parmesan, pecorino, grated garlic, fresh thyme, melted butter, and a pinch of black pepper.
Spread this mixture evenly over the baking sheet.
Place the sliced baguette on top of the cheese mixture, then brush the top of the bread with additional melted butter.
Baking
Arrange the prosciutto slices on or around the bread.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy and the prosciutto is nicely crispy.
Assembly
Transfer the cheese-covered bread to a serving platter or board.
Tear the burrata apart and spread it over the bread.
Top with fresh peach slices, crispy prosciutto, and fresh basil leaves.
