Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and dry them with a paper towel.
In a bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
In another bowl, mix together the flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Set up a third bowl with the breadcrumbs (and grated Parmesan if desired).
Cooking
Dip each mushroom in the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally roll it in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the mushrooms until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot!
