Instructions

In a large pan or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced flank steak and cook until browned.
Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and cook until they are tender.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
In a small bowl, mix the beef broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pan and stir well. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Best served immediately while hot. Pair with white rice or noodles to soak up the sauce.
