Ingredients

For the s'mores

  • 1 box box of graham crackers
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows Can use regular-sized marshmallows, spaced out
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi-sweet) Mix of chocolate varieties can be used for different flavors
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Drizzle over the top before baking

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Arrange a layer of graham crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet, breaking them as needed to fit.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the graham crackers.
  • Top with a generous layer of mini marshmallows.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the entire pan.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and gooey.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. Avoid refrigeration to maintain texture. For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on marshmallows before baking and consider mixing in nuts or candy bars.
