Preparation

  • Allow the unsalted butter to soften at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste, then mix until fully combined and smooth.
  • For a firmer consistency, place the butter in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.

Serving Suggestions

  • Spread on warm bread, melt over grilled vegetables, or enhance your favorite dishes.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1-2 weeks. You can freeze shaped logs of the butter for up to 6 months.
