100gbutter, softened

Preparation
Carefully remove the dorsal vein from the prawns while keeping the heads and shells on.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the chopped garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush olive oil on the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Grilling
Generously brush each prawn with the garlic butter mixture.
Grill the prawns on the hot grill for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
