frozen strawberries
Can substitute with fresh strawberries.

frozen rhubarb
Can substitute with fresh rhubarb.

tequila
Or use 1/2 cup.

orange liqueur
Cointreau or triple sec works well.

Adjust to taste, or substitute with honey or simple syrup.

Instructions
Preparation
Put the frozen strawberries, frozen rhubarb, tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup, and optional ice into a blender and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust the sweetness and/or lime juice if needed.
Pour into salt- or sugar-rimmed glasses.
Garnish with a lime wedge or a slice of strawberry.
Notes
Storing leftovers: keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Freeze in an ice cube tray for later enjoyment.
