Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet.
In a medium saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
Add flour to the boiling mixture and stir vigorously until it forms a ball. Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Let cool.
Filling
Prepare the filling by whisking the vanilla pudding mix with milk until thick.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Assembly
Cut the puff cakes in half, fill with the cream mixture, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
